
The Serbian High Judicial Council appointed Judge Miroljub Tomić Acting President of the Supreme Court of Serbia starting from 17 April 2026.
Acting President Tomić passed the bar exam in 1988 and was appointed judge of the Municipal Court in Kragujevac in 1994. He served in the District and Apellate court of Kragujevac between 1999 and 2017, followed by appointment to the Supreme Court in 2017.
Mr Tomić is specialized in criminal law and has published numerous papers in this field.
