Belgique Conseil d'Etat
The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, with its seat in Brno, is the highest judicial authority both in civil and criminal law with the exception of the matters concerning the powers of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The database contains 70 000 judgments (12/2011).
Cylaw is a legal information project that was set up in February 2002 by the cyprus lawyer Laris Vrahimis to provide free access through the internet to the Cyprus legal materials that are at any time publicly available in electronic format.Cylaw includes all Cypriot judgments that are of any authoritative value that were issued from 1997 onwards. In total, the Cylaw database currently contains about 8.600 judgments.
The case law of the Bundesgrichtshof is available through its public website. It contains judgments from 01/01/2000 onward.The raw translation of judgments is not available at the moment.
Eesti Vabariigi Riigikohus
In Estonia, the Supreme Court is a court of cassation, also fulfilling the functions of a constitutional court. The public website of the Supreme Court provides all its judgments produced since 1993.
